These 160 acres of excellent hunting property in Harmon County, Oklahoma, are filled with white-tailed deer, quail, and turkey. Ample tree cover and creeks draw the local wildlife. Creeks seep up throughout the property, and a windmill pumps water.

Approximately 67.4 acres of the property are in the USDA Conservation Reserve Program (CRP). The government CRP payments are approximately $2,359 a year, and the contract expires in 2010.
