Wind River

Among the most productive land in the area, these 705 acres in Moore County, Texas, boast dark, fertile soil and an abundance of water. Located on blacktop roads within 5 miles of Dumas, the land is in a strong water area that produces high-yield crops. The Wind River Property is currently planted with corn and wheat, but the flat farm land would also work well for milo.

Two Cat irrigation motors—one new and one with only 12,000 hours of use—power a half-mile stretch of sprinklers nozzled at 1,600 gallons per minute. The owners recently invested $40,000 in new water and gas lines.
